Beyond the Weekend - the 4th Day

Cursillo is more than just the "3 Day" Weekend.  In fact the real journey starts after the 3 Days, in your "4th Day", which is the rest of your life.  Do you want to keep alive the spirit, joy, and fervor of your weekend.  Then commit to living out the Piety-Study-Action tripod of your Service and Group Reunion sheets - this is the Cursillo Method, this is how we persevere!  Use the information and links on this page to access some tools to assist you in continuing on your faith pilgrimage.

To be on a Pilrimage

is to journey

through Christ to the

Father under the guidance

of the Holy Spirit, with

the help of Mary and all

of the saints as you

bring your brothers and sisters

along with you.

Come Holy Spirit, fill the hearts

of us Your faithful and kindle in us

the fire of Your Love.  And You

shall renew the face of the earth.

Let us pray.

O God, who by the light of the

 Holy Spirit instructs the hearts

of the faithful, grant that by the same Holy Spirit we may be

truly wise and ever rejoice

 in His consolations.

Through Christ our Lord.  Amen.

12/11 - For mom of Rebecca D, was just diagnosed with melanoma...knee area.

12/11 - For MJ (19 yr old from our baseball team) now he is having digestive issue from the auto immune nerve disease and will have to be put on feeding tube on because he is still losing weight.

12/10 - From Aracely S, for my parents. My mom fractured her knee last week and required surgery. She was released from the hospital with instructions of staying off that leg for three months. Both my parents have beginning of Alzheimer's so my cousin Shelly took them to her house for a few days until we find a live in maid to care for them. My family is running ragged and exhausted as they both are being difficult. My mom needs to go to the restroom every half hour all day and night and she keeps trying to stand on her injured leg and my dad tries to help her; so we are terrified that they are going to fall and hurt themselves. In Panama there are no facilities to care for the elderly while they recover from injuries. Please pray that the Lord presents us with a solution to this difficult situation and fill our hearts with patience, love and compassion.

11/28 - From Julie, God allowed me to have this suffering so that I might offer it for someone else. What a great gift. My surgery went very well, because of your prayers for me and love for Jesus Christ.
